After introspection, I see my life today as an ongoing journey about life’s learnings, bouquets, brickbats, highs, lows and other varied experiences.

I have personally experienced, for nay more than three decades the amalgamation of India’s North and South, two religions, cultures, foods, idiosyncrasies and lots of sugar and spices with my better half, - and found that fundamentally we are all so, so similar in nature in the ideals and ethos of intrinsic human values – more so than what is made out to be.

After gaining degrees in economics from Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University, I ventured and immersed myself into the realm of corporate business starting as a management trainee in an MNC and culminating as Zonal Head –North India in another MNC. Subsequently I had invigorating stints as Head of Business Development, Marketing Head in an NGO, as Head - HR and Administration for a Maruti Authorised Sales & Service Dealership.

Currently, I’m with Newsreel Asia, a cumulative time span covering over three decades of professional work.

I’m excited and passionate about Newsreel Asia whose outlook and vision very much conform to mine. People say we should do something for the good of people, but I believe that the time is now – not tomorrow or the day after but now. It’s now that we need to give back and contribute for the betterment of society and the under privileged in whatever way we can.

My journey continues and the road ahead looks stimulating as I learn new things – in the field of journalism especially cinematic journalism.

As they say “Bring it on,” I’m all set and ready.
